Hello, I’m Sheila Price, a qualified hypnotherapist dedicated to helping people regain control of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Many of the people who come to see me feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them — anxiety that limits their confidence, habits they struggle to break, or fears that hold them back from living fully.
My approach is calm, supportive and practical. I create a safe space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing without judgement. Hypnotherapy allows us to work with the subconscious mind, where many of our automatic responses and habits are formed. By gently guiding you into a deeply relaxed state, we can begin to change those patterns and replace them with healthier, more positive responses.
Every client is different, so I tailor each session to the individual. My aim is always to help you feel more in control, more confident, and able to move forward in your life with greater ease.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind. In this relaxed state, the mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and new ways of thinking.
Many of our behaviours, fears and habits are driven by the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy helps us work at that deeper level, making it possible to change patterns that may have been present for years.
It is not about being “controlled” or made to do anything against your will. Hypnosis simply helps quiet the busy conscious mind so that meaningful change can take place.
