First Session – Free Online Consultation

Me: I want to learn more about her as a person. What does she enjoy? What worries her? Does she have any medical or mental conditions? What about her relationships, friends, and family?

My main goal is to help her feel comfortable and build trust. I explain confidentiality and support.

During the session, she shared details about her childhood. She believes it has affected her throughout her life.

This early sharing shows we will work well together.

Client Questions and Clarifications

She asked questions about hypnosis. I clear up any misunderstandings. I explain how I work, both in and out of trance. I focus on helping her reach her goals.

From early on, I sense that smoking is a habit. It’s used to suppress worry and anxiety from her experiences.

Adjusting Her Goals

By the end of 45 minutes, she changed her goal. She wants to stay calm and in control of her emotions. Quitting smoking became less important.

Second Session – Exploration and Trance Work

Aim of the Session: To explore her worries. To answer questions. To discover how she experiences trance.

In Trance:

I help her feel calm and relaxed. She allows herself to drift into hypnosis.

I then introduce positive suggestions. I teach her a simple strategy to stay calm and in control.

Progress and Insights

In later sessions, we explore her life deeply. We work both in and out of trance.

She unlearns negative beliefs about herself. She gains insight into her smoking and substance use.

She develops confidence and makes better choices. She cares more for herself.

She is less affected by upsetting situations and people.

She feels calmer, clearer, and more balanced.

Inner Child Work

We worked with her inner child. She was hurt, lonely, and frightened.

She starts to reintegrate and nurture this inner child.

Focus on Smoking Cessation

We did not focus on quitting smoking until the seventh session. Her anxiety started to ease.

Success and Reflection

She has now stopped smoking. I am very proud of her. She invested in herself. She made deep, lasting changes in her unconscious mind.
